Damha Tech is located in NSW and generally, customers who live in Metro NSW and VIC receive their orders within
1-4 business days. Customers located in Darwin, Perth, and Hobart can expect their items being delivered
to them within 7 business days. Non-metro areas may up to 2 weeks for delivery(dependent
on the transport provider). Please note: Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather

Once you're signed up and approved you'll get access to bulk order discounts and business promotions, your own online ordering portal to make placing orders a breeze and access to our "Professional Services", which we will advertise as they come online. You will also have a dedicated Account Manager to help you find the best solution for your business needs and work to source products based on your user case rather than giving you a catalogue and saying "Good Luck".
Approved business customers can also take advantage of being able to use other payment methods such as Purchase Orders and Credit Accounts, with terms negotiated with each individual Business.
If your business would like to sign up for a Damha Tech Business Account, please visit our sign-up page and fill in the application form. This will give you access to your individual ordering portal, while your application is reviewed by our team and credit checks performed for any credit requests.
Once approved, you will then notice bulk order pricing, business offers and services will then become available on your portal.
Your Company Business Portal allows you to save time when you wish to place orders, as well as track all your orders and manage your company details as well as login details.
You can also include multiple Shipping addresses and edit billings details to easily facilitate different parts of your business placing orders for Cost Centre Purposes.
Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We have no minimum order value nor order processing fee, however freight and credit card charges may apply. Payment is required prior to shipment or upon collection, unless an account application form has been lodged and approved. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Bank Transfer for Approved Customers and cash for purchases. For all credit card transactions, a copy of the front and back of the credit card must be supplied with every purchase order for verification purposes.
Damha Tech currently accepts Mastercard, Visa and AMEX for purchases. Purchase Orders and Bank Transfers from Pro - Forma invoice are also available with pre-approval. Business Customers may apply for a Credit Account with Damha Tech. Please email us for more details and an application form. Credit terms are made on an individual basis depending on the result of a Credit Check and commercial references.
Business Customers may return the order to the supplier within 90 days of the purchaser receiving the goods.The purchaser must return the order in original condition. Any returns not in original condition will be subject to approval by the supplier for a return authorized.You can find our Returns policy by clicking here.
